Hi! Everyone! I am Nikki. It is a great honor to be the “Royal Star” in this month.大家好！我是Nikki.很荣幸能成为当月的诺亚之星。

I’m a senior student from Si Chuan Institute of Media. My major is music education. Now I’m going to study in America. I have been learning English in Royal for six months. My English was not very good at the beginning, so I began to learn from basic level, I have learned two levels up to now. I am preparing to learn the last level. During this time, I tried my best to study hard, I went to the morning reading and took other application classes every day. I learned plenty of native English expressions, knew about foreign culture and history by communicating with foreign teachers. Gradually my ability of English listening and speaking was improved a lot.我是四川传媒学院的一名大四学生，我的专业是音乐教育。目前准备去美国学习。我在诺亚已经学习了6个月。因为我的基础比较薄弱，所以就从基础级别开始，到现在已经学完两个级别了，准备进行最后一个级别的学习。在这期间我尽我最大的努力去学习，每天都在坚持上早读和输出课程。我从中学到了很多地道的语言表达，在与外教交流当中也了解了很多国外的文化和历史知识。我的听力能力和口语表达也逐渐有了很大的提高。

I think what is necessary in learning English is to spend some time on it every day and to work effectively with an explicit goal. This is the key point. Meanwhile you should have the spirit of perseverance, stay positive and optimistic. I believe that finally there must be a good result.我觉得在学习英语当中需要的是，每天花费一定的时间，带着明确的目标去有效的学习！这是我认为最重要的一点。还有就是要有坚持不懈的精神，保持积极、乐观的心态。我相信最后一定会有一个好的结果。

I also made some kind friends and met the responsible teachers. I am thankful that they always helped and encouraged me when I faced difficulties. They made me be more confident to speak English bravely. And we usually shared experience about learning English, we were very happy to study together. 在这里遇到了很多可爱的小伙伴和非常有责任心的老师。谢谢你们在我遇到困难的时候帮助我，鼓励我，使我更加自信，更勇敢的说英语。我与小伙伴们经常会在一起分享学习英语的经验，快乐的学习英语。

Royal is a big family, where we can learn English and I can feel warm and the strong English atmosphere. Anyway I believe I will do better in the future! A saying that I like is:“I learned the value of hard work by working hard” Sincere thanks to all the teachers in Royal. Nikki is a positive and hard-working student in Royal who studies with full passion. She took every class seriously. Also, she is always enthusiastic and encourage other students. I am proud of her. So I recommend her to be the Royal Star of this month.
